We’re looking for a People & Operations Partner to support recruitment, HR, office management, and help build a strong team culture.
What you will do 🚀
- Recruitment: As we grow, you'll be a key part of building our team - coordinating with recruitment agencies, managing applications and interviews, and sourcing candidates.
- Events: We run a regular AI & Education tech meetup in London and a fortnightly Conversation Club for English learners. You'll help organise both and ensure they run smoothly.
- Conferences: We regularly attend conferences worldwide covering AI, education, and software development. You'll help identify the right events, handle the logistics, and attend some of them yourself.
- Culture & Office Management: You'll keep the office running day-to-day and be the driving force behind our social events and team culture.
