We’re currently looking for a Content Marketing Intern to join us on a 3-month, paid internship (full-time / office based). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience working directly with a seasoned marketing leader in a fast-paced startup environment, creating and scaling content across multiple social media channels.
This role is office based (central London) and has a fixed term of 3 months. This is a paid intern opportunity.

🚀 Internship Focus
- Commencing our social media approach. Currently we do not focus on social media therefore this role will be about creating relevant content and testing what resonates with our audience to develop a future approach for the business.
- Creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram and Meta.
- Recording, editing and publishing video ideas primarily using CapCut / Figma / Canva.
- Researching trending formats, sounds and hooks then turning them into engaging, high-retention content that resonates with our audience.
- Testing different hooks, angles and formats to find what performs best and scaling winners.
- Recording our own content in-house plus leveraging AI tools for content generation.
- Collaborating with the CMO to test content and refine ideas based on live performance data.
🙏 Essential Skills
- Avid social media user and creator, you actively use platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Meta and understand how they work on a deep level.
- A good mix of creativity and analytical thinking, you not only enjoy creating content but you also enjoy tracking metrics and use data to inform future creative direction.
- Experienced with CapCut for video production and confident recording, editing and publishing short-form video content.
- Experienced with Figma / Canva for static post production.
- Strong understanding (or clear curiosity to master) key content strategies and hooks that drive watch time, engagement and social sharing.
